UPDATE ON RFP FOR 34 CENTRAL A/C UNITS: FINAL DATE TO SUBMIT BIDS MOVED FORWARD TO DECEMBER 27, 2022. MINIMUM UNIT SPECIFICATION CHANGED TO 14 (SEER2) AS PER NEW REGULATIONS STARTING JANUARY 1, 2023.
