Brenham Housing Authority also manages a Project Based Voucher program with 66 units located across from Holt Park on highway 36 North. These apartments have recently been completely remodeled. Amenities include dishwashers, garbage disposals, large closets and new appliances. The rent for these apartments is calculated based upon family income, with most tenants receiving HAP rental assistance. See video below -
